EXEMPTION OF LAND ACQUISITION – RAISING OF FULL TANK LEVEL OF MUKKANNA CHERUVU - NARAYANPET DISTRICT – UTKOOR MANDAL - MALLEPALLY VILLAGE.

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A (b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR
(Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the
lands submerged due to raise Full Tank Level of Mukkanna Cheruvu situated at Mallepally Village,
Utkoor Mandal of Narayanpet District from the application of the provisions Chapter II and III
of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013".
The Engineer-in-Chief (General), Hyderabad and Commissioner, R&R and LA, I&CAD Department, and shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
