(MKT -I) AGRICULTURAL MARKET COMMITTEE, SIRICILLA, RAJANNA SIRICILLA DISTRICT - ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW MARKET YARD AT SARDAPUR VILLAGE.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a), (b), (bb) and (c) of sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Telangana (Agricultural Produce & Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966), the Government of Telangana, hereby direct the Market Committee specified in Column (2) of the Annexure appended to this Notification to establish a Market Yard at Sardapur Village as specified in Column (4) and notified area in Column (6) thereof, for the purchase and sale of agricultural produce, live stock and products of live stock specified in Schedule - II to the Food and Agriculture Department Notification issued in G.O.Ms.No. 2095, Dated: 29.10.1968 and published at pages 1035-1039 of Part-II of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.44, Dated: 07.11.1968 read with G.O.Ms.No. 286, A&C (Mktg.I) Dept., Dated: 05.07.1994 and also other commodities added to the said list from time to time.
