VARIATION TO THE HYDERABAD METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM OPEN SPACE USE ZONE TO COMMERCIAL USE IN THUMKUNTA VILLAGE, SHAMIRPET MANDAL, MEDCHAL-MALKAJGIRI DISTRICT - CONFIRMATION.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008 (Act No. 8 of 2008), the Government hereby makes the following variation to the land use envisaged in the notified MDP-2031 issued vide G.O.Ms.No.33, MA & UD, dt:24.01.2013 & Master Plan approved vide G.O.Ms.No.470, MA, dt: 09.07.2008, as required by sub-section (1) of the said section.

VARIATION

The site in Sy.Nos. 132/1 & 132/2 of Thumkunta Village, Shamirpet Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District to an extent of Ac.3.00 Gts. which is presently earmarked for Open Space Use zone in the notified MDP-2031 issued vide G.O.Ms.No.33, MA&UD, dt:24.01.2013 & Master Plan approved vide G.O.Ms.No.470, MA, dt:09.07.2008, is now designated as Commercial use for establishment of Integrated Veg & Non-Veg Market Complex & development of Vaikunta Dhamamu.

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES

NORTH : Vacant land in Sy.No.132/P of Thumkunta (V) .

SOUTH : 12.00 mtrs. wide kutcha road & Vacant land in Sy.No.155 of Thumkunta (V). EAST : Vacant land in Sy.Nos. 157 & 158 of Thumkunta (V).

In exercise of the powers conferred by under sub-section (4) of Section-15 of Telangana Town Planning Act., 1920 (Act VII of 1920) the Government hereby makes the following variation to the Korutla General Town Planning Scheme, the Master Plan of which was sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.121, MA & UD, Dated:11.03.2010 in exercise of the powers conferred as required by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of the said section.

VARIATION

The site in Sy. No.1362/1-2 to an extent of 2780.10 sq.mtr., of Korutla town, the boundaries of which are as shown in the schedule here under and which is earmarked for Industrial land use in the General Town Planning Scheme (Master Plan) of Korutla sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.121, MA &UD, Dated:11.03.2010, is now designated for Residential land use by variation of Change of Land Use and in the revised part proposed land use map in G.T.P.No.03/2022/W (C.No.6437/2021/W) available in the Korutla Municipality subject to the following conditions that:

The applicant shall take prior approval from the competent authority before commencing the developmental work.

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES

NORTH : Open plot.

EAST : 30'-0" wide Road.

SOUTH : NH-63 Road.

WEST : Proposed 80'-0" wide Master plan Road.

VARIATION TO THE HMDA - GHMC FOR REALIGNMENT OF A PROPOSED 120 FEET WIDE MASTER PLAN ROAD PASSING THROUGH KHAJAGUDA (V) OF SERILINGAMPALLY MANDAL, RANGA REDDY DISTRICT - CONFIRMATION.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008 (Act No. 8 of 2008), the Government hereby makes the following variation to the road network envisaged in the notified Master Plan for CDA area approved vide G.O.Ms.No.538, MA &UD, dt:29.10.2001, as required by sub-section (1) of the said section.

VARIATION

(i) The proposed 36 mtrs. (120 feet) wide Master Plan Road (A-B) passing through Sy.Nos.28 and 27 of Khajaguda (V) of Serilingampally (M), Ranga Reddy District is now realigned as A-C through Sy.No.28 of Khajaguda (V) & (ii) 24 mtrs. (80 Feet) wide Master Plan road (D-E-F-G-H) passing through S.Nos.3, 4, 27 of Khajaguda (V) of Serilingampally (M), Ranga Reddy District is now deleted by variation to the notified Master Plan for CDA area approved vide G.O.Ms.No.538, MA &UD, dt: 29.10.2001 subject to the following conditions:

a. The owners/applicants are solely responsible for any misrepresentation with regard to ownership/title, land ceiling clearance etc., and they are responsible for any damage claimed by any one on account of above variation.

b. The applicants shall comply the conditions laid down in G.O.Ms No. 168, MA, dt:07.04.2012.

c. The applicant shall obtain prior permission from GHMC before undertaking any development on the site under reference.

d. If any dispute occurs regarding ownership, the applicants will be responsible for the same.

e. The above modification to Master Plan shall not be used as proof of any title of the Land.

f. The applicant have to fulfill any other conditions as may be imposed by the Competent Authority.

g. The above modification does not bar any public agency including HMDA / GHMC / Local Authority to acquire land for any public purpose as per law.

h. The GHMC shall collect necessary conversion charges (proportionate charges) at the time of issue of Building permission in the area covered by road deleted portion.
