In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, I, Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan, Governor of Telangana, hereby summon the Second Telangana Legislative Assembly to meet for its Fourth Meeting of Eighth Session at 12.10 P.M. on Friday, the 3rd February, 2023 in the Assembly Hall, Public Gardens, Hyderabad.
