DRAFT VARIATION TO THE HMDA FOR CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM PARK USE TO RESIDENTIAL USE SITUATED AT ROAD NO. 1, BANJARA HILLS, HYDERABAD.

The following draft variation to the land use envisaged in the notified Revised Development Plan (Master Plan) for GHMC Circle-X (old circle No. V) of erstwhile Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad are (HMDA core area) which was approved vide G.O.Ms. No. 363, MA, dt: 21-08-2010, which is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008 (Act No. 8 of 2008).
A Notice is hereby given that the draft variation will be taken into consideration after expiry of fifteen days from the date of publication of the notification in the Telangana Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of said period will be considered by the Government of Telangana. Objections or suggestions should be addressed to the Special Chief Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, Secretariat, DTCP Building, Telangana, Hyderabad - 500 004.
DRAFT VARIATION
The site in Pr. No. H. No. 8-2-471(new), T.S No. 1(2), Ward No. 89, Block-L, in Sy.No. 112, situated at Road No. 1, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Measuring an extent of 1836.44 Sq. Yrds, which is presently earmarked for Park use in the Notified Revised Development Plan (Master Plan) for GHMC Circle-X (old Circle No. V) of erstwhile Municipal Croporation of Hyderabad area (HMDA core area) approved vide G.O.Ms.No. 363, MA, dt: 21-08-2010, is now proposed to be designated as Residential use subject to the following conditions:
1. The applicant shall pay the Conversion Charges to HMDA as per rules in force, before issue of final orders.
2 TELANGANA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-I 3. The applicant shall obtain prior permission from GHMC before undertaking any development on the site under reference. 4. The owner / applicant is the solely responsible if any discrepancy occurs in the ownership aspects andULC aspects and if any litigation occurs, the CLU orders will be withdrawn without any notice.
5. The Government reserves the right to cancle the CLU orders, if it is found that the perimission is obtained by fraud, misrepresentation of facts.
6 The CLU orders shall not be used as proof of the title of the land.
7. The Change of land Use does not bar any public agency includingt HMDA/GHMC to acquire land for any public purpose as per law.
8. The above notification is issued subject to outcome of Writ Appeals filed by Government and others.

DRAFT VARIATION TO THE HMDA FOR RE-ALIGNMENT OF 60 FEET WIDE PROPOSED MASTER PLAN ROAD PASSING THROUGH MANIKONDA JAGIR VILLAGE, GANDIPET MANDAL (ERSTWHILE RAJENDRANAGAR MANDAL), RANGA REDDY DISTRICT.

The following draft variation to the road network envisaged in the Notified Master Plan for Cyberabad Development Authority (CDA) area approved vide G.O.Ms. No. 538, MA, dt: 29-10.2001, which is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008 (Act No. 8 of 2008).
A Notice is hereby given that the draft variation will be taken into consideration after expiry of fifteen days from the date of publication of the notification in the Telangana Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect thereto before expiry of said period will be considered by the Government of Telangana. DRAFT VARIATION
The proposed 60 feet wide Master Plan Road Passing through Sy.No. 188 aned 190 of Manikonda Jagir Village, Gandipet Mandal (erstwhile Rajendranagar Mandal), Ranga Reddy District as per the notified Master Plan for Cyberabad Development Authority (CAD) area approved vide G.O.Ms.No. 538, MA, dt: 29-10-2001 is now proposed to be realigned through the Sy.No. 194 and 265 of Manikonda Jagir Village (along the inner boundary of applicant's site) and proposed to be connected to another 36 mtrs (120'00") wide proposed Master Plan road passing through Sy.No's.265, 200, 264, 198/part, 9 & 10 of Manikonda Jagir Village, subject to condition that the HMDA shall collect the proportionate Chage of Land Use charges while grating Building permission.
