CONSTITUTION OF SEPARATE AGRICULTURAL MARKET COMMITTEE, V.SAIDAPUR (HQRS) VENKATESHWARPALLY VILLAGE, KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT - ESTABLISHMENT OF MARKET IN THE NOTIFIED AREA UNDER SECTION 4 (1), (3) (a)&(b) OF TELANGANA (AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE AND LIVE STOCK) MARKETS ACT, 1966 IN SUPERSESSION OF THE ORDERS ISSUED IN G.O.Ms.No.40, A&C (MKT.I) DEPT., Dt: 25-11-2022.

I.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act No.16 of 1966), the Government of Telangana hereby constitute a separate Agriculture Market Committee at Venkateshwarapally Village, V.Saidapur Mandal, Karimnagar District by name specified in column (3) of the Annexure appended to this order with Head Quarters at the place specified in column (4) thereof. It shall come into effect from the date of taking charge by the Person-in-Charge of the said committee.
II.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act No. 16 of 1966), the Government of Telangana, hereby directs the Market Committee specified in column (3) of Annexure appended to this order to establish Markets at the places specified in column (5) thereof for the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce, Livestock and Products of Livestock specified in Schedule - II to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095, Food and Agriculture Department Dated: 29.10.1968 and published at pages 1035-1039 of part-II of Andhra Pradesh Gazette No. 44, Dated: 07.11.1968 read with G.O.Ms.No.286, Agriculture & Co-operation Department, dated: 5.7.1994 and also other commodities added to the said list from time to time.
