LEGAL SERVICES - SHIFTING OF OFFICE OF MANDAL LEGAL SERVICES COMMITTEE FROM CITY SMALL CAUSES COURT, HYDERABAD TO INTEGRATED COURT COMPLEX FOR FAMILY LAW AND JUSTICE, HYDERABAD.

No. 04/TSLSA/2023 :- In exercise of powers conferred under Section 11A(1) of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Act No. 39 of 1987) (As amended by Act No. 59 of 1994 and Act No. 37 of 2002 r/w.
Rule 13 of Telangana State Legal Services Authority Rules, 2016 and in partial modification of the earlier Notification No. 109/APSLSA/LSW/2008 dt. 04-08-2008 issued on the subject, the Telangana State Legal Services Authority hereby order that the Mandal Legal Services Committee, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad is shifted to Integrated Court Complex for Family Law and Justice, Hyderabad.
