EXEMPTION OF LAND IN SY.No.11 EXTENT AC.0-29 GUNTAS FOR GOVERNMENT SCDD BOYS HOSTEL, MUNUGODE, NALGONDA DISTRICT.

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10A of the RFTLARR (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the land acquisition to an extent Ac.0-29 guntas in survey No.11 for Government SCDD Boys Hostel, Munugode, Nalgonda District from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013''.
The Commissioner, SCDD, Hyderabad and the District Collector, Nalgonda District shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
