DECLARATION OF "765/400 KV GIS POOLING SUBSTATION" OF POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED LOCATED AT VILLAGE BEGARIKANCHA (NEW) MEERKHANPET (OLD), KANDUKUR (M), RANGA REDDY DISTRICT AS "PROHIBITED PLACE".

Whereas, the Government of Telangana consider that, the information with respect to the place specified in column (1) of the Schedule to this notification, or damage thereto, or the destruction, or obstruction thereof, or interference therewith would be useful to an enemy, and that the aforesaid place be declared to be a "Prohibited Place";

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of Section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Central Act No. 19 of 1923) read with the Notification S.O.No. 1285, dated: the 4th May, 1963 (No.F21/20/62-Poll-(1)) of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Telangana, hereby declares that the place specified in column (1) and the location as specified in column (2) and the designation of the authority who issues passes / permits as specified in column (3)
