LAND ACQUISITION AT KALWAKUNTLA VILLAGE OF MUNUGODE MANDAL FOR CONSTRUCTION OF REGULATOR, ANICUT ACROSS VELMAKANNE VAGU TO FEED POTHARAJ CHERUVU OF KONDAPUR (V) - CHANDUR MANDAL - EXEMPTION OF SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT UNDER SECTION 10(A) IN CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA&RR ACT, 2013.

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR
(Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the
land acquisition total an extent of Ac.2-03 ½ Gts. at Kalwakuntla (V), Munugode (M) for Construction of
Regulator, Anicut across Velmakanne Vagu to feed Potharaj Cheruvu of Kondapur Village, Chandur (M),
Nalgonda District from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and Chapter III of the RFCTLA &
RR Act, 2013".
The Engineer-in-Chief (General), Hyderabad and Commissioner, R&R and LA, I&CAD Department, shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
