In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act XXV of 1946), the Government of Telangana hereby accord consent to all the members of Delhi Police Establishment to exercise the powers and jurisdiction of the members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of the State of Telangana regarding the case against (i) Smt. Ch. Madhavi, Assistant Superintendent of Post Offices (ii) Sri B. Surender Kumar, MTS and (iii) Sri B.T. Singh, MTS, Hqrs.
