NO CONFIDENCE MOTION AGAINST SMT. AREKANTI MUTHAYALAMMA, W/O SRI RAMULU, VICE- PRESIDENT, MANDAL PRAJA PARISHAD, NEREDUGOMMU, NALGONDA DISTRICT PASSED IN THE MEETING HELD ON 01.04.2024 AT 3.00 PM - REMOVAL OF THE VICE-PRESIDENT.

Whereas, a motion expressing no confidence against Smt. Arekanti Muthyalamma, W/o Sri Ramulu, Vice- President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Neredugommu, Nalganda District was moved under Sub-section (2) of Section 263 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 (Telangana Act No. 5 of 2018).
And whereas, in a meeting for the purpose of considering the above motion was held on 01.04.2024 at 3.00 PM.
And whereas, when the said motion was put vote, it was supported by four (4) members out of a total number of six (6) members present at the meeting and thus, motion was passed with requisite majority.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 263 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 (Telangana Act No. 5 of 2018), the Government hereby remove the said Smt. Arekanti Muthyalamma, W/o Sri Ramulu, Vice-President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Neredugommu, Nalgonda District, with effect from the date of the publication of this Notification in the Telangana State Gazette.
