DESIGNATION OF THE COURT OF X ADDITIONAL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE-CUM-X ADDITIONAL METROPOLITAN SESSIONS JUDGE, RANGAREDDY AT L.B.NAGAR AS "SPECIAL COURT" FOR SPEEDY TRIAL OF CASE IN Cr.No.937/2023 REGISTERED AT RAJENDRANAGAR POLICE STATION, CYBERABAD.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 185 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974), Government, after consultation with the High Court for the State of Telangana, hereby designate the Court of the X Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-X Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Rangareddy at L.B.Nagar as "Special Court" for trial of case in Cr.No.937/2023 registered U/s 120-B, 302, 201 r/w 34 IPC and Sec 25(1) (A) of Indian Arms Act, 1959 at Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad.
The Registrar General, High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
