NALGONDA MUNICIPALITY– PAYMENT OF COMPENSATION FOR LAND ACQUISITION IN Sy.No. 542 AT GOLLAGUDA VILLAGE STATED TO HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED IN ROAD WIDENING LEADING FROM GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL TO RAILWAY STATION – REQUEST FOR EXEMPTION OF CHAPTER-II AND CHAPTER-III OF THE RFCTLARR ( TELANGANA AMENDMENT 2013 Act No. 21 of 2017).

In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt for Land acquisition in Sy.No.542 at Gollaguda Village for the purpose of Road widening leading from Government Hospital to Railway Station which are to be acquired under the provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the RFCTLARR Act. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project.
