NO-CONFIDENCE MOTION AGAINST SRI BOJYA NAIK, VICE-PRESIDENT, MANDAL PRAJA PARISHAD, KOLLAPUR, NAGARKURNOOL DISTRICT, PASSED IN THE MEETING HELD ON 01.03.2024 AT 3.00 PM - REMOVAL OF THE VICE-PRESIDENT.

Whereas, a motion expressing no confidence against Sri Bojya Naik, Vice-President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Kollapur, Nagarkurnool District was moved under Sub-section (2) of Section 263 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 (Telangana Act No. 5 of 2018).
And whereas, in a meeting for the purpose of considering the above motion was held on 01.03.2024 at 3.00 PM.
And whereas, when the said motion was put to vote, it was supported by seven (7) members out of a total number of nine (9) members present at the meeting and thus, motion was passed with requisite majority.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 263 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018 (Telangana Act No. 5 of 2018), the Government hereby remove the said Sri Bojya Naik, Vice-President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Kollapur, Nagarkurnool District, with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Telangana State Gazette.
