NO-CONFIDENCE MOTION AGAINST SRI GORLA VENKATESH YADAV, VICE-CHAIRPERSON OF NARSINGI MUNICIPALITY, RANGA REDDY DISTRICT PASSED IN THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON 18.05.2024 AT 12.00 NOON - REMOVAL FROM THE OFFICE OF THE VICE- CHAIRPERSON.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 37 of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 2019 (Act No. 11 of 2019) and the Rules made vide G.O.Ms.No. 835, MA & UD (Election.II) Department, Dated: 03.12.2008 read with Section 300 of the said Act, "No Confidence Motion" has been passed with requisite majority against Sri Gorla Venkatesh Yadav, Vice-Chairperson of Narsingi Municipality, Ranga Reddy District in the Council meeting held on 18.05.2024 at 12.00 Noon. Accordingly, the Government hereby remove Sri Gorla Venkatesh Yadav, from the Office of Vice-Chairperson, Narsingi Municipality, Ranga Reddy District with immediate effect.
