POLITICAL PARTIES - "BHARATHIYA MAUNAJATHULA PRAJA SAMITHI"- PROPOSAL FOR REGISTRATION AS A POLITICAL PARTY FOR CONTESTING IN LOCAL BODY ELECTIONS - NOTICE FOR CALLING OBJECTIONS IF ANY, FROM GENERAL PUBLIC.
Lr.No.427/TGSEC-L/2023,- Notice is hereby given to the general public that one Sri Ramchandram Mustyala, President, "BHARATHIYA MAUNAJATHULA PRAJA SAMITHI" Telangana State, intends to Register a political party without reserved symbol with the State Election Commission, Telangana, under the name and style of "BHARATHIYA MAUNAJATHULA PRAJA SAMITHI" with location of its head office at H.No.1-7-75/A(202), Shashi Palace, Kamala Nagar, ECIL, Hyderabad - 500062, Telangana State and under the Registration of Political parties and Allotment of Symbols Order, 2018. The main office bearers of the Party are Sri Ramchandram Mustyala, President; Sri Katikala Srihari, Vice-President; Sri Taduri Gagan Kumar, General Secretary; Sri T. Sathaiah, Treasurer; Objections, if any, for such registration from the general public or any political party, shall be sent to the Secretary, State Election Commission, Telangana, 1st Floor, DTCP Building, Opp: PTI Building, A.C. Guards, Hyderabad - 500 004 within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
If no objections are received within the time stipulated, the Commission will process to register "BHARATHIYA MAUNAJATHULA PRAJA SAMITHI" as a Political Party to contest elections to Local Bodies (Sthanika Samsthalu) held on party basis in Telangana State.
