LEGAL SERVICES - CONSTITUTION OF NEW MANDAL LEGAL SERVICES COMMITTEES IN THE STATE OF TELANGANA.
Read: Note file orders dated 18.06.2024 of Hon'ble patron-in-Chief and Hon'ble Executive Chairman, Telangana State Legal Services Authority.
NOTIFICATION No. 02/TSLSA/2024:- In Exercise of powers conferred under Section 11A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Act No. 39 of 1987) (As amended by Act No. 59 of 1994 and Act No. 37 of 2002 r/w. Rule 13 of Telangana State Legal Services Authority Rules, 2016, the State Authority hereby constitute the following New mandal legal Services Committees in the State of Telangana with effect from date of publication of Notification:
1. Mandal Legal Services Committee, Amangal in Rangareddy District.
2. Mandal Legal Services Committee, Cheriyal in Siddipet District.
3. Mandal Legal Services Committee, Kukatpally in Rangareddy District for Rangareddy courts functioning at Kukatpally
4. Mandal Legal Services Committee, Kosgi, in Narayanpet District.
5. Mandal Legal Services Committee, Nandi Medaram in Peddapally District.
