NO CONFIDENCE MOTION AGAINST SMT . KOTHA LAXMI RAVI GOUD , DEPUTY MAYOR, BÒDUPPAL MUNICIPAL CORPORATION , MEDCHAL MALKAJGIRI DISTRICT PASSED IN THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON 29.06.2024 REMOVAL FROM THE OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY MAYOR .
[GO.Ms.No. 76, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (MA) , 3rd July, 2024.] Inexercise of the powers conferred under section 37 of the Telangana Municipalities Act , 2019 ( Act No.11 of 2019 ) and the rules made vide G.O.Ms.No.835 , MA & UD ( Election.II ) Department , dated : 03.12.2008 read with section 300 of the said Act , " No Confidence Motion " has been passed with requisite majority against Smt . Kotha Laxmi Ravi Goud , Deputy Mayor , Boduppal Municipal Corporation , Medchal Malkajgiri District , in the Council meeting held on 29.06.2024 . Accordingly , the Government hereby remove Smt . Kotha Laxmi Ravi Goud from the Office of Deputy Mayor , Boduppal Municipal Corporation , Medchal- Malkajgiri District , with immediate effect.
