ACQUISITION OF GOVERNMENT ASSIGNED AND PATTA LAND AT DAPPUR, WADDI AND MALGI VILLAGES OF NYALKAL MANDAL OF SANGAREDDY DISTRICT FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF PHARMA VILLAGE/LIFE SCIENCES HUB.

"In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government has decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempts the acquisition of Government Assigned and patta land to an extent Acs. 2003.39 gts. (Acs. 907.17 gts. of Government Assigned land and Acs.1096.22 gts. of patta land) at Dappur village (Sy.Nos: 101 to 103,107 to 121, 123 to 197 and 205) Waddi village (Sy.Nos: 96 to 100, 119 to 124) and Malgi village (Sy.Nos: 86, 87, 121 to 124) of Nyalkal Mandal of Sangareddy District, from the application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act, for establishment of Pharma Village/Life Sciences Hub, in favour of TGIIC. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project."
Accordingly, the District Collector, Sangareddy District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TGIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter.
