RESPONDENTSOctober 15, 2024] TELANGANA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY 3 Election Petition Under Sections 80, 80A, 81, 83,84, 100 (i) (iii) and (iv) of clause (d) & 101 of Representation of People, Act 1951 and the Rules made thereunder read with Rules to Regulate the Trial of Election Petitions Under the Representation issued by the High Court of Telangana praying that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to a) Declare the election of the 1st respondent as elected from 74-Mahabubnagar Assembly Constituency, Mahabubnagar District, in the Assembly Elections held in the month of December, 2018 as illegal and null and void and set aside the same.
b) Declare the 14th respondent as duly elected from 74-Mahabubnagar Assembly constituency, Mahabubnagar District, in the Assembly Elections held in the month of December, 2018 who secured highest voted after the 1st respondent.
c) To award costs of the election petition
