ii) Declare that the Patitioner herein as the duly elected candidate from 72- Kodangal Assembly Constituency, Vikarabad District, Telangana State to Telangana Legislative Assembly, andOctober 21, 2024] TELANGANA GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY 3 iii) Disquallfy and punish Respondent No. 1 under Section 171-E of Indian Penal code and Section 171-F of Indian Penal Code read with S.11 A of Representation of People Act, 1951 and iv) Award the costs of this election petition from Respondent No. 1.
