NO-CONFIDENCE MOTION AGAINST SMT. LAXMI, CHAIRPERSON, JADCHERLA MUNICIPALITY, MAHABUBNAGAR DISTRICT - PASSED IN THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON 25.07.2024 AT 11.00 AM - REMOVAL FROM THE OFFICE OF THE CHAIRPERSON.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 37 of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 2019 (Act No. 11 of 2019) and the Rules made vide G.O.Ms.No. 835, MA & UD (Election.II) Department, Dated: 03.12.2008 read with Section 300 of the said Act, "No Confidence Motion" has been passed with requisite majority against Smt. Laxmi, Chairperson, Jadcherla Municipality, Mahabubnagar District in the Council meeting held on 25.07.2024 at 11.00 AM. Accordingly, the Government hereby remove Smt. Laxmi, from the Office of the Chairperson, Jadcherla Municipality, Mahabubnagar District, with immediate effect.
