CIVIL AND CRIMINAL - ESTABLISHMENT OF ONE (1) ADDITIONAL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE'S COURT AT CHEVELLA.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section (1) of Section 21 of the Telangana Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Telangana, after consultation with the High Court for the State of Telangana, hereby specifies that the District Court for the Ranga Reddy District shall sit at 'L.B. Nagar, 'Serilingampally at Kukatpally', 'Shadnagar', 'Ibrahimpatnam' and 'Chevella'.

The Registrar General, FAC Registrar (Vigilance) High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad, shall take further necessary action accordingly.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section (6) of Section 8 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (46 of 2023), the High Court for the State of Telangana hereby specifies that with effect on and from the date of the Office posted assumes charge, the Additional Sessions Judge of Ranga Reddy District, as sanctioned in G.O. Ms. No. 13, Law (LA & J Home Cts. A2) Dept., Dt. 14-03-2024 and G.O. Ms. No. 127, Finance (HRM_II) Department, Dt. 04-11-2024 shall sit at 'Chevella' and dispose of the Sessions Cases and other Criminal matters as are made over to him by the Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District.
