CIVIL AND CRIMINAL - ESTABLISHMENT OF JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE-CUM-JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE OF FIRST CLASS COURT AT CHERIYAL IN SIDDIPET DISTRICT.

I,- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 12 of the Telangana Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Telangana, after consultation with the High Court for the State of Telangana hereby establish a Court of Junior Civil Judge at Cheriyal, Siddipet District of as sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No. 43, Law (LA & J Home Courts A2) Department, Dt. 9-8-2023 and G.O.Ms.No. 52, Law (LA & J Home Courts A2) Department, Dt. 4-9-2023 and G.O.Ms.No.128, Finance (HRM-II) Department, dt. 4-11-2024 with effect from the date on which the Officer posted, assumes charge.
II,- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), the Government of Telangana, after consultation with the High Court for the State of Telangana, hereby establish a Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Cheriyal, Siddipet District as sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No. 43, Law (LA & J Home Courts A2) Department, Dt. 9-8-2023, G.O.Ms.No. 52, Law (LA & J Home Courts A2) Department, Dt. 4-9-2023, and G.O.Ms.No. 128, Finance (HRM-II) Department, dt. 4-11-2024 with effect from the date on which the Officer posted, assumes charge.
III,- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Telangana Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Telangana, after consultation with the High Court for the State of Telangana, and in partial modification of all the previous Notifications issued on the subject, hereby directs that consequent on the establishment of a Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class Court at Cheriyal in Siddipet District, the Courts of District Judges and Senior Civil Judges mentioned in Column (2) of the Table below shall have to exercise jurisdiction within the local limits mentioned in corresponding entry in Column (3) thereof.

JUDICIAL NOTIFICATION - I
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 15 read with sub-section (1) of Section 21 of the Telangana Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the High Court for the State of Telangana, in partial modification of the previous Notifications issued on the subject, hereby directs that with effect on and from the date on which the Junior Civil Judge appointed for the Court of Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class Court at Cheriyal in Siddipet District, as sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No. 43, Law (LA & J Home Courts A2) Department, Dt. 9-8-2023, G.O.Ms.No. 52, Law (LA & J Home Courts A2) Department, Dt. 4-9-2023, and G.O.Ms.No. 128, Finance (HRM-II) Department, dt. 4-11-2024 assumes charge, the Court of Junior Civil Judge specified in Column No.2 of the table below, shall sit at the place specified in Column No. (3) and the local limits of the jurisdiction of the said Court, shall be over the Revenue Mandals as shown in Column No. (4) thereof.
