Shri Vasam Venkateswarlu, IAS (TG:2013) has been permitted to change his name from "Vasam Venkateswarlu" to "Vasam Venkateswar Reddy". He will accordingly be recognised as "Vasam Venkateswar Reddy" for all official purposes.
