In exercise of the powers congerred by sub-section (1) of Section 68 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Act 59 of 1988) read with sub-rule (1) of Rules131 of the Telangana Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, the Governor of Telangana herevby constitute the following Regional Transport Authotiry for Mulugu District with immediate effect.

1. Collector and District Magistrate, Mulugu District : Chairman

2. Dy. Transport Commissioner/DTO, Mulugu District : Member Secretary 3. Sri Vesantha Srinivas, S/o Pullaiah,

R/o Chelpaka, Eturunagaram (M), Mulugu District. : Member

The period of appointment of the Committee shall be two (2) years with effect from the date of notification in the Telangana State Gazette or until the fresh Regional Transport Authority is constituted, whichever is later.
