GUIDELINES FOR APPOINTMENT OF LAW CLERKS TO THE HON'BLE JUDGES OF THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA - CHANGE OF THE DESIGNATION OF ' LAW CLERK ' AS ' RESEARCH ASSISTANT (LAW) ' - AMENDMENT TO THE GUIDELINES - APPROVED .

Inexcise of the powers conferred by article 229 of the Constitution of India , the High Court is pleased to amend the guidelines for appointment of Law Clerk to Hon'ble Judges of the High Court for the State of Telangana , as under :
The words ' Law Clerk ' occurring in the said guidelines viz . , heading of the Guidelines , introduction para , Guideline No.1 , 2A, 3 , 5, 5 ( ii ) , 5 ( iii ) , heading of 6th guideline , 6 ( i ) , 6 ( ii ) , 6 ( iii ) , 6 ( iv ) , 6 ( v) 7 ( i ) , heading of 8th guideline , starting of 8th guideline, heading of 9th guideline , in the para of 9th guideline , 10 ( i ) , 10 ( iii ) , 11 ( i ) , 11 (ii ) , 12( i ) , 12 ( ii ) , 12( iii ) , heading of the 13th guideline, 13 ( i ) , 13 ( ii ) , heading of 14th Guideline, starting of 14th guideline, heading of 15th guideline, 15( i ) , 15 ( ii ) , at point (j ) of the undertaking , last para of the undertaking and schedule - II last line , be substituted with the words ' Research Assistant ( Law)' .
The words " Law Clerk- cum- Research Assistant " occurring in the guidelines viz . , introduction para , ( b ) , ( i ) , last para of the undertaking and schedule - II be substituted with the words " Research Assistant ( Law) " .
