[G.O.Ms.No. 45, Home (Special), 3rd April, 2025.]
"In exercise of the power conferred under Sections 98 and 99 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act No. 46 of 2023) Government of Telangana hereby prohibit "THE KHURASAN DAIRY" Magazine Publication, circulation and possession of objectionable content to protect the internal security of the country as well as to prevent the content reaching the innocent and vulnerable youth falling into the trap of external radical Islamic Forces".
