In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (Telangana Act No.1 of 2025), the Government of Telangana hereby appoint the 14th day of April, 2025, as the date on which the said Act, shall come into force.
