APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS FOR TELANGANA ELECTRICITY REGULATORY COMMISSION.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 84 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act 36 of 2003) and the provisions contained in the G.O.Ms.No. 3, Energy (Budget) Dept. dt. 26.07.2014, the Government of Telangana hereby appoint the following persons as Members to the Telangana Electricity Regulatory Commission (TGERC) for a term of five (5) years with effect from the date they enters upon their office or till they attains the age of (65) years whichever is earlier.
(i) Sri Raghu Kancharla ... Member (Technical)
