APPOINTMENT OF THE REVENUE DIVISIONAL OFFICERS AS LOCAL OFFICER.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5(1) of the Telangana Escheats and Bona Vacantia Act, 1974 (Act No. 35 of 1974), the Government of Telangana hereby appoint the Revenue Divisional Officers as local officer for the respective Revenue Division in the concerned district to exercise powers and functions assigned by or under the Telangana Escheat and Bona Vacantia Act, 1974 (Act No. 35 of 1974).
