EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF THE PATTA LAND IN NAGIREDDYPALLY VILLAGE, MAHESHWARAM MANDAL, RANGAREDDY DISTRICT FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF INDUSTRIAL PARK/IT PARK.

"In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec. 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government has decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempts the Acquisition of the patta land to an extent of Acs.55.34 gts. (Measuring Acs. 10.20 in Sy.No. 55, Acs. 10.37 in Sy.No. 56, Acs 10.23. in Sy. No. 57, Acs. 11.23 in Sy.No. 64 & Acs. 12.11 in Sy.No. 65) of Nagireddypally Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Rangareddy District from the application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act, for establishment of Industrial Park/IT Park in favour of TGIIC Ltd. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project."
Accordingly, the District Collector, Rangareddy District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TGIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter.
