EXEMPTION OF LAND ACQUISITION - SURYAPET DISTRICT - MUNAGALA, BHARAKATHGUDEM VILLAGES IN MUNAGALA MANDAL AND RAMAPURAM VILLAGE IN NADIGUDEM MANDAL - FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PRESSURE MAIN OF R-9 LIFT IRRIGATION SCHEME ON NSLBC.

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR
(Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the land
acquisition total an extent of Ac.10-19.75 Gts for construction of Pressure Main of R-9 Lift Irrigation Scheme
on NSLBC at Munugala, Bharakathgudem Villages in Munagala Mandal and Ramapuram Village in
Nadigudem Mandal of Suryapet District from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and Chapter
III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013".
The Engineer-in-Chief (General), Irrigation & CAD Department, Hyderabad and Commissioner, R&R and LA, I&CAD Department, shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
