CREATION OF NEW POLICE STATION AT KOTHAPALLYGORI MANDAL OF JAYASHANKAR BHUPALAPALLY DISTRICT - DEFINING THE JURISDICTION.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (s) of Section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) r/w clause (u) of Section 2 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act No.46 of 2023) and in supersession of all the orders issued in the matter, the Government of Telangana hereby declares that with effect on and from the date of issue of this notification, the area of the Police Stations and villages specified in Col.No.s (5&6) of the schedule appended shall cease to be included in the Police Districts, Police Sub-Divisions, Police Circles and Police Stations mentioned in Col.No.s (2 to 6) respectively and shall, hereafter, form part of the area of Police Stations, Police Circles, Police Sub-Divisions and Police District mentioned in Col.No.s (7 to 11) respectively, thereof.
