CONSTITUTION OF A MARKET COMMITTEE FOR THE NOTIFIED AREA OF MATHIKEPALLY, KHAMMAM DISTRICT AND ESTABLISHMENT OF MARKETS FOR THE SALE OF AGRICULTURE PRODUCE , LIVESTOCK OR PRODUCTS OF LIVESTOCK .

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) read with clauses ( a ) and (b) of sub section (3 ) of section 4 of the Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Livestock ) Markets Act , 1966 (Act No.16 of 1966 ) , the Government of Telangana hereby constitute a separate Agricultural Market Committee , Mathikepally , Khammam District , by name specified in column ( 3) of the Annexure appended to this order with Head Quarters at the place specified in column (4) thereof. It shall come into effect from the date of taking charge by the Person- in - Charge of the said committee . Further, the said AMC shall establish Markets at the places specified in column (5) thereof for the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce , Livestock and Products of Livestock and vegetables or fruits specified in Schedule - II to the notification issued in G.O.Ms No.2095 , Food and Agriculture Department , Dated : 29.10.1968 and published at pages 1035-1039 of part-ll of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.44 , Dated . 07.11.1968 read with G.O.Ms.No.286 , Agriculture and Co - operation Department , dated : 05.07.1994 and also other commodities added to the said list from time to time .
