PROHIBITION OF STRIKES IN ALL SERVICES UNDER THE SINGARENI COLLIERIES COMPANY LIMITED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE TELANGANA ESSENTIAL SERVICES MAINTENANCE ACT, 1971 ( ACT 20 OF 1971 ) FOR A FURTHER PERIOD OF (6 ) MONTHS w.e.f. 11.09.2025 .

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections ( 1 ) & ( 3 ) of section 3 of the Telangana Essential Services Maintenance Act , 1971 ( Act 20 of 1971 ) , Government of Telangana hereby prohibits strikes in all the services under the Singareni Collieries Company Limited for a further period of six ( 6) months with effect from 11.09.2025 .
The Chairman and Managing Director , Singareni Collieries Company Limited , Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly .
