ACQUISITION GOVT . ASSIGNED / PATTA LAND SITUATED AT MORGI VILLAGE , NAGALGIDDA MANDAL , SANGAREDDY DISTRICT FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF INDUSTRIAL PARK .
[Memo No. 3539 /IP & INF/A2/2025-1 , Industries & Commerce (IP & INF), 25th September, 2025.] " In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act , 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana , the Government has decided and accordingly hereby , in the public interest , exempts the Acquisition of the Govt . Assigned land / Patta Land Acs.133.05 gts in Sy . No.8,9,10,11 and 23 situated at Morgi Village , Nagalgidda Mandal , Sangareddy District from the application of provisions of the Chapter II and Chapter III of the Act, for establishment of Industrial Park in favour of TGIIC Ltd . , . It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project . "
Accordingly , the District Collector , Sangareddy District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director , Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited ( TGIIC ) , Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter .
