APPOINTMENT OF SEVERAL INDIVIDUALS AS SPECIAL JUDICIAL MAGISTRATES OF SECOND CLASS AT VARIOUS PLACES IN TELANGANA UNDER SECTION 11 OF THE BHARATIYA NAGARIK SURAKSHA SANHITA 2023 .

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (Central Act No.46 of 2023 ) , Government , after consultation with the Hon'ble High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad , hereby appoint the following individuals at places mentioned against their names in the table given below , for a period of one (1 ) years from the date of assuming charge of the post or till they attain the age of sixty five (65 ) years , whichever is earlier , with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.45,000/ - ( Rupees forty five thousand only) plus Rs.5,000/- ( Rupees five thousand ) conveyance allowance per month , as per the existing rules : -

[Part- I Theabove appointment is subject to the following conditions: -
a) If the individual refuses or does not join within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the appointment orders , he/ she shall forfeit his/ her claim to the post ofSpecial Judicial Magistrate of Second Class;
b ) The individual will be removed without being called upon to show cause, if he/she failed to attend three (3) consecutive sittings of the Court , without written permission of the Chief Judicial Magistrate;
c) The services of the Officer selected shall be liable to be terminated without any notice;
TheRegistrar General , High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad , is requested to take necessary further action in the matter , accordingly .
