EXEMPTION OF THE PROJECT FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA & RR ACT, 2013 .
[G.O.Ms.No. 62, Transport, Roads and Buildings (R.II) , 30th September, 2025.] " In accordance with the provisions contained in Section 10A( e) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR ( Telangana Amendment) Act , 2016 ( Act No.21 of 2017) , Government of Telangana hereby , exempt the project " Widening and Strengthening of 2 lane to 4 Lane on Mahabubnagar- Chincholi Road from km 58/0 to 61/0 ( Kodangal Mandal Head Quarters ) in Vikarabad District . ( ii ) Widening and Strengthening of existing two lane to two lane with paved shoulders of Agnoor - Basheerabad from km 0/0 to 16/8 and ( iii ) Widening & Strengthening from single lane to Double lane of Basheerabad to Mailwar Road from km 0/0 to 11/6 in Vikarabad District (Package - 4 ) " from the application of provision of the Chapter - II of the RFCTLA & RR Act , 2013 ; in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 10A( e ) of Chapter IIIA in the RFCTLA & RR ( Telangana Amendment ) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017) , for acquisition of land for total extent of Ac 3.24 gts ( 17424 Sq.yds ) in Sy . No. 20 , 10,11 , 1183,1184 , 1187 , 816 , 820 , 826 , 825 , 1197 , 821 , 822 , 802 , 803 , 856 , 1195,1198 & 1194 of Kodangal (Village & Municipality ) , Vikarabad District .
The Chief Engineer ( R & B ) , State Roads , Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter , accordingly .
