2nd ORDINARY ELECTIONS TO GRAM PANCHAYATS , 2025 .
No.1085 / TGSEC - PR / 2025-2
State Election issued Notification No.1085 /TGSEC - PR / 2025 , Dt.25.11.2025 for conduct of 2nd Ordinary Elections Gram Panchayats in (3 ) Phases .
The Director , PR & RE , requested the State Election Commission to keep in abeyance the election process for the Chaparalapally Gram Panchayat in Mulakalapally Mandal and Julurpad Gram Panchayat in Julurpad Mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem District, vide Lr.No.CPRRE - G2/ ELEC/ 1 /2025 -G - Section , Dated : 29-11-2025 due to pending W.P.No.29919 of2025 and W.P.No.29921 of 2025 in High Court , Hyderabad .
Therefore , in exercise of the powers vested in the State Election Commission under Article 243K of the Constitution of India read with Sections 196 , 197 and 198 of Telangana Panchayat Raj Act 2018 and in accordance with the Rule(6) of Conduct of Election of Members and Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat , Member of Mandal Praja Parishad and Member of Zilla Praja Parishad Rules , the election programme for conduct of Offices of Sarpanch and Ward Members of Chaparalapally Gram Panchayat in Mulakalapally Mandal and Julurpad Gram Panchayat in Julurpad Mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem District is hereby kept in abeyance with immediate effect .
