In exercise of powers conferred under section 20 ( 1 ) ( b) of the Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962, the Government of Telangana hereby nominate Sri K. Surendra Mohan , IAS , APC & Secretary to Government , Agriculture & Co- operation Department , T.G. Secretariat , Hyderabad as a Director on the Board of Telangana State Warehousing Corporation till he holds charge of the post of APC & Secretary to Government , Agriculture & Co- operation Department or till successor is nominated whichever is earlier as per Rule 4 of Telangana State Warehousing Corporation Rules , 1965 and also nominate him as a Member of the Executive Committee of Telangana State Warehousing Corporation under section 25 ( 1 ) ( c) of the Warehousing Corporation Act , 1962 for the period upto which he remains as Director on the Board of TGSWC .
