In exercise ofthe powers conferred by section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 ( Central Act 25 of 1946 ) , the Government of Telangana hereby accord consent to all the Members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment to exercise the powers and jurisdiction of the Members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of the State of Telangana for conducting investigation into the violations of provisions of the Foreign Contribution (Reguslation) Act , 2010 (Act No. 42 of 2010 ) against the Operation Mobilization India , Secunderabad / Hyderabad and other unknown persons and unknown public servants under various sections of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act , 2010 and any other law arising out of the facts of the case , in relaxation of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.51 , Home ( Special ) Department , dated . 30.08.2022 .
