EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF GOVT. ASSIGNED LAND SITUATED AT ANNARAM VILLAGE , GUMMADIDALA MANDAL , SANGAREDDY DISTRICT .

" In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act , 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana , the Government has decided and accordingly hereby , in the public interest , exempts the Acquisition of Govt . assigned land to an extent of Acs.66.00 gtsSy.No.261 / 1 / to 261/1/68 situated at Annaram village , Gummadidala Mandal , Sangareddy District , from the application of provisions of the Chapter -II and Chapter -III of the Act , for establishment of Industrial Park in favour of TGIIC . It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project . "
The District Collector , Sangareddy District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director , Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited ( TGIIC) , Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter .

No. 380 of Borapatla Village , Hatnoor Mandal , Sangareddy Districtfrom the application of provisions of

" In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10( A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana , the Government has decided and accordingly hereby , in the public interest , exempts the Acquisition of Govt . assigned land to an extent of Acs . 126.09 gts in Sy . No. 142 is at Nallavelli Village , Gummadidala Mandal of Sanga Reddy District from the application of provisions of the Chapter -II and Chapter III of the Act , for establishment of Industrial Park in favour of TGIIC . It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project ."
The District Collector , Sangareddy District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director , Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TGIIC) , Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter .
