RESERVATION OF GURRAMGUDA FOREST BLOCK OF IBRAHIMPATNAM RANGE , AMANGAL DIVISION , UNDER SECTION 15 OF THE TELANGANA FOREST ACT 1967 ( ACT No.1 OF 1967) READ WITH SECTION 20 OF INDIAN FOREST ACT, 1927 ( CENTRAL ACT 16 OF 1927) .
[G.O.Ms.No.7, Environment, Forests , Science & Technology (For.I) , 9th March, 2026.] In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of Telangana Forest Act 1967 ( read with section 20 of Indian Forest Act , 1927) the Governor of Telangana State hereby declares the Forest Land that the land within boundaries specified and described in the schedule below ( delineated on the map kept in the office of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests ( Head of Forest Force ) , Telangana , Hyderabad ) to be a Reserved Forest with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Telangana State Gazette and District Gazette .

The stations are tagged to established Base Station Point ( BSP ) at FRO , Building , Sanjeevani Vanam , Ibrahimpatnam Range which is linked to SOI GCP , MRO Office , Ibrahimpatnam .

Annexure - I
Internal angles at each station with Stations on either sides & distances between stations . The distance from previous station is recorded against the station number in table . The internal angles shall be established using the internal/external angle measuring instrument only like theodolite , but not with magnetic compass , after establishing at least two consecutive points with different Global Positioning System or Global Navigation Satellite System (DGPS / DGNSS ) at 2 Kms interval along the boundary .
Annexure - II
Coordinates in 2D / Easting and Northing for each station in the corresponding UTM zone 44N , WGS 84 datum and distances between the station number in table . The points to be established by Electronic Total Station ( ETS ) & atleast two consecutive points initially with DGPS/ DGNSS and at every 2 Km interval along the boundary .

Remarks :
2. Rights of way to be admitted within the block.
(i) The P.W.D. road from Hyderabad to Devarakonda is admitted as a right of way for a width of 55 ′ - 0 " at the time of U/ s 4 notification . Later on the road is widened to 100 ′ - 0 " road for movement of Small & Big vehicles . It runs along the boundary line and , enters the block between station Nos . 33 to 34 and running in south - easterly direction for about 1438 meters leave the block at station No.18 .
(ii) The fair weather road from Gurrumguda to Hyderabad Devarakonda , P.W.D. Road to a width of 24 ' - 0 " is admitted as a right of way at the time of U/ s 4 notification . Later on the road is widened to 40 ′ - 0 " road for men , cattle and vehicles . It enters the block at station No.27 and running in North easterly direction for a distance of about 386 meters joins the Hyderabad- Devarakonda road leave the block at station No.32 .
(iii) Anapproach road from Hyderabad to Devarakonda P.W.D Road to reach Vipashyana Meditation Centre situated in Sahabnagar Kalan (V) , Hayathnagar ( M ) of RR District , is admitted as a right of way for a width of 60 ′ - 0 " road for men , cattle and vehicles (this right of way is accorded Stage - II approval vide GO.Ms No.96 EFS & T (For.I ) , Dept. , Dated : 25.09.2023 . ) . The approach road run from Hyderabad to Devarakonda P.W.D road in easterly direction within the block for a distance of about 482 meters and leave the block at station No.12 .
