OF TELANGANA SURVEY & BOUNDARIES ACT, 1923

In supersession of all previous Notifications issued under Section 5 of the Telangana Survey & Boundary Act, 1923 in respect of Khammam District and in exercise of the power delegated in CCLA Proceedings No. 1151/99- 1, Dt.24.02.1999 read with Rules made under Clause 2(c) of Section 26 of A.P. Survey & Boundary Act, 1923 (Act VIII of 1923), Sections 3 & 8 of the A.P. Board of Revenue (replacement by the Commissioners) Act, 1977 and G.O.Ms.No.59, Dt. 21.01.1999, it is here by directed to conduct resurvey all the lands situated in villages mentioned below of Khammam District as specified below under Section 5 read with Section 3 (e) (VII) of the said Act:
