ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 400/220 KV SUB-STATION AT PARIGI IN VIKARABAD DISTRICT - EXEMPTION OF SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (SIA) S T UD Y FO R T H E LAND S UN DE R CH AP T E R- I I & I I I O F RI GH T TO FAI R COMPESATION AND TRANSPARENCY IN LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT ACT, 2013 (CENTRAL ACT No. 30 OF 2013).

In exercise of the provisions contained in Section 10 A of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act No. 30 of 2013) read with the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017) in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the following lands from the application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act to a total extent of Ac.84-34 Gts. in Sy.No.98 of Khudavanpur Village, Parigi (M), Vikarabad District for construction of 400/220 KV of Parigi sub-station.
It is also certified that all the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said purpose.
The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Telangana State and Chairman and Managing Director, TGTRANSCO, shall take further action accordingly.

In exercise of the provisions contained in Section 10 A of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act No.30 of 2013), read with the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017) in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the following lands from the application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act, to a total extent of Acres 3-28 Gts. in Sy.No.57 for construction of 2 Nos bays at 400 KV of Kethireddypally sub-station, Ranga Reddy District.
It is also certified that all the efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said purpose.
The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Telangana State and Chairman and Managing Director, TGTRANSCO, shall take further action accordingly.
