EXEMPTION OF LAND ACQUISITION TOTAL CONSTRUCTION OF "LINK CANAL FROM MUNNERU RIVER TO SRLIP PALAIR LINK CANAL.

"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR
(Telangana Amendment) Act,2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the
land acquisition total an extent of Ac.316-39.02 Gts for Link Canal from Munneru River to SRLIP
Palair Link Canal, Earth work excavation, formation of embankment including CM & CD structures
works on Link Canal from Munneru River to SRLIP Palair Link Canal from Mulkanuru(V), Garla (M),
to SRLIP Palair Link Canal at Km.37.400 near Buddaram (V) Garla (M), Mahabubabad District from
the application of the provisions of Chapter II and Chapter III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013".
The Engineer-in-Chief (General), Irrigation & CAD Department, Hyderabad and Commissioner, R&R and LA, I&CAD Department, shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
