" In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act . 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana , the Government has decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest , exempts the acquisition of government assigned land to an extent of Acs.0.12 gts in Sy . No.636 at Yedira Village . Mahabubnagar (Urban ) Mandal , Mahabubnagar District in favour of TGIIC from the application of provisions of the Chapter -II and Chapter ill of the Act , for providing access to link 30.00 Mtrs wide road from MR- 1 to the existing road of Yedira leading from Yedira Village to Amisthapur Village of Bhootpur Mandal passing through Sy . No. 636 of Yedira village . It is also certified that all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said project . "
The District Collector , Mahabubnagar District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director , Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited ( TGIIC) , Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter .
