THE RIGHT TO FAIR COMPENSATION AND TRANSPARENCY IN LAND ACQUISITION , REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT ( TELANGANA AMENDMENT) ACT, 2016 - EXEMPTION OF PROJECT FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER II AND III OF THE RFCTLA & RR ACT, 2013 - AMENDMENT.

In exercise of the powers conferred under relevant provisions contained in Section 10A ( e) of the Right to fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act ( Telangana Amendment ) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), and in partial modification of the orders issued in G.O. Rt.No.343 , T.R & B ( R.I ) Department ,dt.26.07.2025 , Government hereby issue the following amendment .
AMENDMENT
The Sy.Nos.238 and 239 are hereby substitute with the Sy.Nos.278 and 279 of Arepally Village , within Karimnagar Municipal Corporation limits for acquisition of land for the project "Construction of RoB in lieu of LC No.18T interlocked at Railway km.35/5-6 of Karimnagar Jagtial section of Rayapatnam - Kodad road at km.54/6-8 in Karimnagar District" .
The I /c Chief Engineer ( R& B) RSW , Hyderabad and the Collector & District Magistrate, Karimnagar shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly .
